Naini Aerospace Limited, commonly known as NAeL, has released a new recruitment notification for various non-executive posts at its Naini unit in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Eligibility Criteria

For Operator SS posts, candidates must have completed a two-year regular or full-time ITI course after Class 10 in the relevant trade. For example, candidates applying for Electronics Mechanic must have ITI in Electronics Mechanic, while Fitter and Electrician candidates must have ITI in their respective trades.

For Junior Assistant posts, the required qualification depends on the stream. For IMM, candidates should have B.Com or B.Sc with a computer proficiency certificate, or BCA from a recognised university. For HR, candidates should have BA, B.Sc, BBA or BSW with proficiency in typing, stenography or computer. For Finance, B.Com or BBA with computer proficiency is required. For IT, candidates should have BCA or B.Sc in Computer or IT.

One year of experience in the relevant functional area will be treated as an added advantage.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for UR and EWS candidates is 28 years as on 31 May 2026. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per rules. SC and ST candidates get relaxation up to 5 years, while OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates get relaxation up to 3 years.

PwBD candidates, ex-servicemen, candidates with relevant post-qualification experience and eligible ex-apprentices may also get age relaxation as mentioned in the official notification.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive monthly remuneration as per the applicable wage group. Operator SS posts fall under WG-D scale, while Junior Assistant posts fall under WG-E scale.

The approximate annual CTC is Rs 4.56 lakh for Operator SS posts and Rs 4.96 lakh for Junior Assistant posts. In addition to pay, selected candidates may receive benefits such as casual leave, earned leave, company uniform, stitching charges, shoes allowance, meal allowance, conveyance allowance, gratuity and other benefits as per company policy.

However, candidates should clearly understand that this recruitment is for fixed-term engagement. It is not a permanent appointment, and selected candidates cannot claim regular or permanent employment in the company after completion of the tenure.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs 200 for UR, OBC and EWS candidates. Bank charges may be extra. The fee is non-refundable.

SC, ST, PwBD candidates, candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange or Sainik Board, and eligible ex-apprentices of NAeL and nearby HAL divisions are exempted from paying the application fee.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based on a written test. Applications submitted online will first be screened according to the eligibility criteria.

The written test will be held in Prayagraj. The test will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration and will consist of multiple-choice questions. The paper will have three parts: General Awareness, English and Reasoning, and questions related to the concerned discipline, trade or stream.

The written test will carry questions from the following areas:

General Awareness – 20 questions
English and Reasoning – 40 questions
Concerned trade, discipline or stream – 100 questions

Each question will carry one mark, and there will be no negative marking.

Candidates must secure at least 50 percent marks in the written test to qualify. SC, ST and PwBD candidates will get relaxation in qualifying marks as per rules.

Final selection will be made on the basis of marks scored in the written test, followed by document verification and medical examination.
