The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has announced the CMA Intermediate and Final examination results for the June 2026 session conducted under Syllabus 2022. Along with the results, the Institute has also released the group-wise pass percentages, the number of candidates who qualified, and the provisional merit lists for both examination levels.

According to the official result analysis, 7,885 candidates successfully completed the Intermediate course, while 4,220 candidates completed the Final course.

Intermediate Results: Group II Registers Better Pass Percentage

The Intermediate examination recorded participation from thousands of candidates across the country.

For Group I, a total of 28,471 candidates appeared in the examination. Out of them, 6,813 candidates qualified, taking the overall pass percentage to 23.93%.

In Group II, 17,488 candidates appeared for the examination. Among them, 5,358 candidates cleared the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 30.64%. Group II recorded a higher success rate than Group I during the June 2026 session.

Candidates who opted to appear for both Intermediate groups also showed encouraging results. Out of 10,897 candidates, 1,397 candidates cleared either one group, recording a pass percentage of 12.82%. Meanwhile, 2,144 candidates successfully passed both groups, resulting in a pass percentage of 19.68%.

Final Results: Group IV Records Highest Success Rate

The Final examination also witnessed a strong performance from candidates.

For Group III, 10,474 candidates appeared for the examination. Out of these, 3,165 candidates qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 30.22%.

Group IV emerged as the best-performing group in the Final examination. A total of 5,393 candidates appeared, and 2,384 candidates passed, taking the overall pass percentage to 44.21%, which is the highest among all groups in the June 2026 examination.

Among the 4,337 candidates who appeared for both Final groups, 702 candidates cleared either one group, recording a pass percentage of 16.19%. In addition, 1,430 candidates successfully passed both groups, resulting in a pass percentage of 32.97%.

ICMAI has also released the provisional merit list for the Intermediate examination.
