Apple gears up for major launches – M5 iPad Pro, latest MacBooks, iPhone 17e, and more.

Apple has officially rolled out its long-anticipated iPhone 17 series, bringing with it some significant changes. The Pro models sport a redesigned look, the Plus variant has been discontinued, and a brand-new slim iPhone Air has taken its place. In addition, Apple also refreshed its Apple Watch lineup and AirPods. But the company has a lot more on the horizon. According to Bloomberg, several major product launches are lined up over the coming months and into early 2026, spanning almost every category. Here’s what to expect next:
iPad Pro with M5
Apple is gearing up to launch the iPad Pro powered by the new M5 chip, possibly as early as October. The model will deliver faster performance and could add a portrait-oriented front camera alongside the existing landscape one.
Updated Vision Pro
A revised Vision Pro headset is also said to be in development. This version may come with an improved processor and a redesigned headband. However, it won’t be the true second-generation device; that thinner, lighter Vision Pro 2 is not expected until 2027.
AirTag 2
The upcoming second-generation AirTag is rumored to include a more advanced wireless chip, providing better range and more accurate item tracking.
Next Apple TV
The forthcoming Apple TV may feature the new N1 chip, offering faster performance and upgraded wireless capabilities. It could also integrate the enhanced Siri assistant and Apple Intelligence features.HomePod mini update
A refreshed HomePod mini is on the way, expected to carry a more powerful processor and expanded voice-control functionality. Apple is also testing out new color options.
MacBook Pro & MacBook Air with M5
MacBook Pros equipped with the M5 chip are expected to arrive in early 2026, deviating from Apple’s usual fall release schedule. Soon after, the MacBook Air should also transition to M5, likely in the first quarter of 2026.
New Mac displays
Apple is reportedly building two new external monitors. At least one of them could be unveiled either late this year or in early 2026.
iPhone 17e
The successor to the iPhone 16e, the iPhone 17e, is anticipated in the first half of 2026. Reports suggest it will carry the same A19 chip as the main iPhone 17 series.
Smart Home Hub
Apple is also said to be working on a dedicated smart home hub. Initially scheduled for March 2025, its launch is now expected around spring 2026.
